1. Service
TonCoin Cash is a non-custodial software wallet. You control your keys. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Features such as P2P trading, swaps or on-ramp may be unavailable in some builds or regions.
2. No financial advice
Nothing in the app is investment, legal or tax advice. Cryptocurrency involves risk of total loss.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use crypto software in your jurisdiction and not use the app for unlawful activity.
4. Your responsibilities
Back up your seed phrase securely. We cannot restore lost keys. You are responsible for taxes and compliance with local law.
5. Third-party services
RPC nodes, Stripe, MoonPay and other partners are separate services with their own terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The software is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost keys, failed transactions, partner outages or market losses.
