1. Who we are
TonCoin Cash (“we”, “us”) provides a non-custodial multichain crypto wallet. Private keys and seed phrases are generated and stored on your device; we cannot recover them.

2. Data we process
- On device: wallet seed/keys (encrypted vault), PIN/biometrics, preferences, local caches.
- On our servers (when you use network features): wallet addresses used for P2P offers/orders, ratings, chat, dispute materials; Stripe/MoonPay data when you use those partners.
- Public chains / RPC: balances and transactions to show your portfolio.
We do not sell personal data.
3. Purposes
Provide wallet features; optional P2P, swap, on-ramp, chat and support; security and abuse prevention; legal compliance where applicable.
4. Sharing
Hosting/RPC providers process data on our instructions. Payment and on-ramp partners process data under their own policies. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect users.
5. Retention and deletion
Local data is removed when you log out / delete the wallet on device. On-chain history cannot be erased. Server records tied to addresses may be retained for security, disputes and legal duties. Request deletion via email or in-app Settings → Request data deletion.
6. Security
Industry-standard cryptography for on-device keys and TLS in transit. No system is perfectly secure — protect your seed phrase offline.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
8. Your rights
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction by contacting us.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change.

TonCoin Cash — non-custodial мультичейн-кошелёк. Ключи хранятся на устройстве. Контакт: support@toncoincash.store. Мы обрабатываем локальные данные кошелька и, при использовании сетевых функций, адреса, P2P/чат/рейтинги и данные партнёров (Stripe/MoonPay). Данные не продаём. Удаление локальных данных — через выход из кошелька; серверные — по запросу на email или в приложении. Полный текст на английском выше имеет приоритет при расхождениях, пока не опубликована отдельная русская редакция.
